Antojitos Como En Casa Inc. (“Antojitos Como En Casa,” “we,” “us”) runs this website for our two El Centro kitchens. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have, including under California law.

1. What we collect

Orders: your name, phone number, optional email, the kitchen you pick, pickup time, the dishes you order and any notes.

Catering and contact forms: your name, phone, email, event date, headcount and your message.

Phone assistant: if our automated phone assistant answers your call, we keep your phone number, the call time and length, a summary, and a written transcript. Transcripts are deleted after 90 days. Calls are not audio-recorded unless the assistant tells you at the start of the call.

Website statistics: simple daily counts (page views, which buttons were tapped, type of device, the site that sent you). We do not use cookies or advertising trackers for this, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Technical data: like every website, our server receives your IP address and browser type when you visit. We use it to keep the site secure and stop spam.

2. How we use it

To prepare your order and hand it to you, to call or email you about your order or catering request, to answer questions, to keep the site safe, and to understand which parts of the site help customers. We do not use your information for any other purpose without telling you first.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the site, under contracts that limit their use of your data: our website host and developer (Maloremi LLC), our email delivery service, our phone assistant provider (if you call), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile, if turned on), and our point-of-sale system if your order is sent to the kitchen printer. Payment at pickup is handled at the counter. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

4. Browser storage

The site saves your language choice, your chosen kitchen and your cart in your own browser (local storage) so they stay while you shop. You can clear them any time in your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Order and catering records: as long as needed to serve you and for our business and tax records, generally up to 3 years. Phone transcripts: 90 days (call summaries and numbers stay with the order record). Website statistics: about 4 months, as daily totals only.

6. Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to: know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; get a copy of it; ask us to correct it; ask us to delete it; and opt out of the sale or sharing of it (we do not sell or share it). We do not use sensitive personal information for anything other than providing our service. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, call either kitchen or use the contact form, and tell us your name and the phone number or email you used. We will confirm your identity by matching those details and answer within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that you gave them permission. California’s “Shine the Light” law also lets you ask whether we share personal information with third parties for their own marketing; we do not.

7. Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS, limits who can sign in to the owner dashboard, and protects forms against spam. No website is 100% secure, so please don’t send card numbers or other sensitive details in a form or message.
